EIU Housing

UNIVERSITY COURT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The following qualifications are needed to live in University Court:

• Have completed 30 or more semester hours or be 21 years of age.
• Must have the desired number of roommates (2, 3, or 4) to secure and complete the contract.
• Follow all University Housing Rules and policies while living in University Court.
• Pay a one-time-only non-refundable application fee of $50.00 prior to the signing of the contract.

If you meet these qualifications, we have multiple rental rates based on the floor plan and the number of students per apartment. Come take a tour with our staff. 

Housing contracts are signed at the University Court Office by appointment only.

University Court Office Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
